Maybe it is time to think seriously about the state of Western New York as a viable agenda. New York City wags its finger at the rest of the state and all of us in Northern New York have to jump. If there was ever a dichotomy of difference between different parts of a state, it is reflected in that difference between New York City and everything above Westchester County.
