James A. Carrow II, 38, of 160 Union St., upper apt., was charged by city police Wednesday night in the 300 block of Clay Street with unlawfully dealing with a child.

Police said he provided two 40-ounce bottles of beer to a male under the age of 21 on Monday night. He was given an appearance ticket for City Court.
