WEST CARTHAGE — Town Justice Dennis G. Quinn reported Monday to the town of Champion board that he received notification from the Fifth Judicial District of a $15,000 Justice Court Assistance Program award.

He said funds would be used to complete exterior upgrades needed following renovations of the courtroom and justice offices. New carpeting will be installed in the courtroom.
