WEST CARTHAGE — The village Planning Board approved the preliminary site plan for Gillee’s NAPA Auto Parts store.

Once design plans reflect a smaller size, the board can declare the plans final.

Michael E. Lundy, CEO of Lundy Development Corp. presented a plan for the NAPA store at 22 Broad St.
