■ STAR LAKE — The Clifton-Fine Central School Board will have a special meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday.

■ SANDY CREEK — The Town Council will hold a special meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday at Town Hall, 1992 Harwood Drive, in order to discuss an intermunicipal agreement for its Water District 2.

■ POTSDAM — The Village Board of Trustees approved the construction of a pavilion at Ives Park 3-0 Monday with a trustee absent and one abstaining. The pavilion will be used primarily for the Farmers Market. Trustee Ruth Garner abstained.
