UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - MASSENA - Village police charged Barbara A. Marshall, 20, of 18 Park Ave., Massena, with unlawful possession of marijuana and endangering the welfare of a child at 10:05 p.m. Tuesday. She was allegedly in possession of marijuana in the presence of a two-year-old child.

INADEQUATE HEADLIGHT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Corey J. Kellison, 28, of Massena for operation of a vehicle with inadequate headlights at 10:15 p.m. Tuesday following a traffic stop on West Orvis Street.

FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Derek J. Hammill, 20, of Massena for following too closely at 3:40 p.m. Tuesday following a property damage accident on Route 37.
