LOWVILLE — Village police arrested William A. Williams, 53, of 7523 S. State St., on a charge of second-degree harassment at 4 p.m. Sunday after he allegedly subjected another person to unwarranted physical contact at a residence on South State Street.

Mr. Williams was served a criminal summons returnable to Village Court.
