■ Watertown Savings Bank approved a $500,000 loan for RC Spot LLC to open a microbrewery at Salmon Run Mall called Skewed Brewing Co. The company is co-owned by Ryan N. and Cheryl C. Chaif, owners of the Hops Spot restaurant in Sackets Harbor, and Mark P. Crandall.
