Brad E. Bero, 21, of 3616 Deer River Road, town of Champion, was charged Thursday by state police with fourth-degree criminal mischief, and is summoned to Rutland Town Court.

Troopers listed him as a co-defendant with Kyle J. McIntyre, 23, of 36851 Route 26, Carthage, who was cited Wednesday in connection with vandalism Feb. 19 to a vehicle owned by Joshua Cummings at 110B W. Remington St., Black River. Side mirrors were broken off the vehicle, police said.
