CARTHAGE — The Carthage Industrial Development Corp. adopted an amended travel policy that includes a discretionary funds policy at its meeting Wednesday.

The policy states corporation money will not be used “to further interests beyond those which are the enumerated power, duty and purpose of the corporation.” It further states the board must authorize all travel.
