Watson, age 72, of Gouverneur, passed away on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at the Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown.Calling hours will be at French Funeral Home, Gouverneur on Saturday, March 2, 2013 from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. followed by his graveside service in the East Riverside Cemetery at 3:00 p.m. officiated by Pastors Robert and Lola Moore.
