■ CANTON — The St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency recognized the life and achievements of Walter V. Basmajian at a meeting Wednesday. Mr. Basmajian, who died Feb. 4, had served on the IDA board of directors for 30 years, including five as chairman.
