BROWNVILLE — Jefferson County Sheriff John P. Burns confirmed Thursday that the death of Brent A. Biedekapp, 48, at his home , 200 St. Lawrence Ave. W., during the early morning hours of Feb. 22 was a result of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

He declined to say whether the shooting was accidental or suicide. Death occurred during a domestic fight, according to the sheriff’s office.
