Watertown police made an arrest Wednesday in connection with a man allegedly causing damage Feb. 5 in a home operated by Transitional Living Services of Northern New York.

Joshua D. Mantle, 24, Fort Drum Studio-tel, 24097 Route 12, Apt. 9, is charged with felony criminal mischief. He was arraigned in City Court and returned to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, where he has been jailed since Feb. 22.

He is accused of damaging a door, two windows, a light fixture and a stairway railing in the Transitional Living residence at 1042 State St., police said. The damage was set at $305.

State police charged him Feb. 13 with another count of felony criminal mischief for allegedly causing damage to a room at Studio-tel. He also is under indictment on weapon, menacing and harassment charges.
