David Pearce Penhallow II, 79, born on March 2, 1933 in Washington, DC died on February 25, 2013 at Henrico Doctors Hospital, Richmond, VA in the care of Hospice of Virginia.The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Rd. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 6:30 p.m. Friday, March 1, 2013 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, 800 E. Grace St., Richmond, VA.
