GLEN PARK — Richard E. Torres, 56, of 9335 Middle Road, Dexter, is summoned to Village Court to face charges that he issued four bad checks totaling $1,020.50.

The checks were written in November and December to United Auto Supply, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department.
