■ CAPE VINCENT — The village board will hold a budget meeting at 5 p.m. today before a regular board meeting at the village offices on Joseph Street.

■ ALEXANDRIA BAY — The town of Alexandria will hold an informational meeting at 7 p.m. March 13 at the town offices, Old Goose Bay Road, to discuss the overall use and limitations of the town’s water hydrants. The Town Council is asking members of the local volunteer fire departments to attend.
