SPEEDING - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Zachary K. Hulings, 23, of Edinboro, Pa., for speed in zone (50/30) at 8:49 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Maple Street.

0015 Received report of a suspicious vehicle at a construction site located on Main Street. Patrols responded and identified the operator to be an employee of the construction company.

0155 Received report of two suspicious males.Patrol responded.

0215 Patrol was approached by a third party who had found a cell phone at a local business. Patrol was able to make contact with owner, and the phone was returned.

0223 Larceny reported at a local eatery. Suspects were located, the business was compensated by suspects and prosecution was declined.

0258 Noise complaint. Contact was made with resident.

0410 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call.

1112 Patrol completed an equipment inspection for a subject.

1131 Property was turned into the Police Department that was found at a local bar.

1218 Patrol assisted a disabled vehicle on Sandstone Drive.

1358 Dispatched Potsdam Rescue to a call.

1508 Patrols responded to a noise complaint.

1538 Received a lost property complaint.

1620 Received a complaint of a group of students assisting a highly intoxicated male walk while in the downtown area. The caller feels the person is a danger to himself because of his condition.

1735 Dispatched Potsdam Rescue to a call.

1749 Subject entered the station to report his vehicle was keyed sometime Friday night while parked in a parking lot.

1815 Patrol responded to a motor vehicle accident in front of Jreck’s and reports a subject was opening his car door after he parked and it was struck by an oncoming car.

1839 Dispatched Potsdam Rescue to a call.

2027 Traffic stop on Market Street. Verbal warning issued.

2029 Traffic stop on Sandstone Drive. Verbal warning issued.

2031 Traffic stop on Elm Street. Verbal warning issued.

2049 Traffic stop. Ticket issued.

2100 Subject entered the Potsdam Police Department reporting a larceny. Investigation pending.

2054 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call.

2030 Report of a subject shining a laser pointer at motorists on Main Street. Patrols were unable to locate.

2242 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call.
