MASSENA — Everett J. Dibble, 38, of 1068 Washington St., Apt. 8, was charged by state police with petit larceny at 6:03 p.m. Friday.

Mr. Dibble allegedly stole a coat, a watch, a shirt and a pair of sneakers from four different stores in the St. Lawrence Centre mall.

He was arrested by village police on Thursday over his alleged involvement in a domestic dispute, and released.

He is scheduled to appear in Massena Village Court on the new charge.
