POTSDAM — A Heuvelton man was charged Thursday morning at Canton-Potsdam Hospital with stealing undisclosed items from a purse, Potsdam police said.

The victim’s identity was not released by police.

Devin B. Johnson, 28, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and issued an appearance ticket returnable to Village Court.
