UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Devin J. Riley, 18, of Massena with unlawful possession at 9 p.m. Friday at the St. Lawrence Centre mall, Massena.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - POTSDAM - State police investigated several property damage accidents on Sunday around the region. Among those were:

■ Tonya Lee Fisher, 39, of Colton struck a parked vehicle in a parking area at 1:10 p.m. off Route 11 in the town of Potsdam.

■ Taylor D. Keck, 20, of Brushton at 1:27 p.m. on state Route 190, near Tacey Road, in the town of Ellenburg.
