CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - MASSENA - Village police charged Brian N. Hatch, 27, of 7 Ober St., Massena, with third-degree criminal mischief at 1:50 a.m. Monday following an incident at the Hotel Nadeau. Hatch reportedly returned to the bar after being kicked out of the establishment and tolds not to return earlier in the night. While in custody, Hatch reportedly threw and damaged a recently acquired restraint chair at the village police station. He was released on an appearance ticket.
