LOWVILLE – George W. Tuttle, 41, of 101 Public Square, formerly of Lowville, died Thursday, February 14, 2013 at Samaritan Medical Center.
Calling hours are from 1 - 3 p.m. on Monday, February 18, 2013 at Iseneker Funeral Home, Inc., 5702 Waters Road, Lowville. A prayer service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Contributions may be made to a charity of ones choice.
He is survived by a son, Douglas Tuttle, 18, of Glenfield; a daughter, Sheridan Tuttle, 8, of Port Leyden; his mother and step-father, Nancy and Charles Harris of Connecticut; a sister, Marjorie Nortz, and her daughters, Chelsea Bielecki and Kaylee Nortz, of Lowville; a brother, Scott Tuttle of Rome; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
George was born on August 3, 1971 in Lowville, New York, a son of the late Charles Tuttle and Nancy Bacon Tuttle. He graduated from Lowville Academy in 1990. George was a maintenance man at Greystone Manor in Martinsburg, was employed by Dollar General, and worked on area farms.
He enjoyed outdoor activities.
