Watertown Mayor Jeffrey E. Graham will participate at Friday’s snow play day at Thompson Park by reading a Dr. Seuss book.

He will read to children at 10 a.m. from “Horton Hears A Who!” in the Thompson Park Pool House.

The play day program also includes snow arts and crafts, Arctic exploration, storytelling and “cool” adventures. Another play day will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Feb. 22.
