Watertown police allege a man used marijuana Tuesday night near a 2-month-old boy, exposing the baby to marijuana smoke.

Aaron M. Powell, 22, of 707 Washington St., was charged at 9:30 p.m. with endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully dealing with a child. He awaits arraignment in City Court.
