NORFOLK — Timothy J. Oakes, 26, Morris Street, was charged by state police Saturday morning with second-degree aggravated harassment.

According to police, Mr. Oakes left phone messages threatening bodily harm on an unidentified acquaintance’s answering machine Feb. 5.
