Watertown police arrested Dustin N. Beach Jr., 29, of 660 Huntington St., Apt. 1, at 4:47 p.m. Saturday at his home on a bench warrant from the city of Watertown Court. He was being held in the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment.
