A man and woman were charged Sunday by state police in the alleged shoplifting Saturday night of DVDs at Walmart Supercenter, Route 11, town of LeRay.

Dean T. Smith Jr., 38, and Erika P. Grant, 36, of 232 W. Main St., are charged with petit larceny in the alleged $103-value theft, and await arraignment in LeRay Town Court.
