OGDENSBURG - Ogdensburg police Monday arrested three people for untaxed cigarettes and drug charges.

Arrested following a search warrant execution at 443 Belmont Courts at 11:15 a.m. were:

—Robert D. Leeson, 31, of 443 Belmont Courts, charged with felony third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felony unlawful possession of untaxed cigarettes, misdemeanor fifth-degree criminal tax fraud, misdemeanor fifth-degree criminal conspiracy and felony first-degree criminal nuisance.

—Ibrahim M. Abdulghani, 41, of 351 Belmont Courts, charged with misdemeanor fifth-degree criminal tax fraud, felony unlawful possession of untaxed cigarettes and misdemeanor fifth-degree criminal conspiracy.

—Heather M. Leeson (Mr. Leeson’s wife, same address), 31, chsrged felony unlawful possession of untaxed cigarettes.
