LOWVILLE — State police here cited Caitlin M. Deveney, 20, of 4250 Mud Lake Road, West Leyden, with two counts of issuing a bad check on Tuesday and ordered her to appear in town of Lewis Court.

She is accused of bouncing two $40 checks at Hilltop Market, town of Lewis, police said.
