Harris A. Kellogg, 89 of Pulaski, formerly of Altmar, passed away Tuesday at Saint Luke Health Services in Oswego. Funeral services will be 3 P.M. Saturday, at the United Wesleyan Church on North Main St. in Sandy Creek. Spring Burial in Maple Hill Cemetery, Taberg, N.Y. Friends may call 1-3 P.M. Saturday at the church, prior to the services.
