McDonald, 29, of 49 Howard St., Massena, with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 10:40 p.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on Bowers Street. He was reportedly in possession of a small quantity of heroin.

BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Kevin K. Lashomb, 45, of 193 Center St., Massena, on a bench warrant from the city of Ogdensburg Court at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday on Willow Street. He was turned over to the Ogdensburg Police Department.

SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketd Kathy L. Nezezon, 58, of County Route 53, Brasher Falls, for speed in zone (49/30) at 1:07 p.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on the South Raquette River Road.
