Jacob S. Bohn, 24, of 24708 Route 3, was charged Sunday morning by Watertown police with leaving the scene of an accident late Saturday at McDonalds, 924 Arsenal St.
He also is cited with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and following too closely.
He is accused of driving away after his car bumped into the rear of a pickup operated by Michael L. Rogers Jr., 21, of 224 Palmer St., Apt. 201-B, in the restaurants drive-through lane. A taillight was damaged on the truck, police said.
The incident was reported at 11:41 p.m., and officers charged Mr. Bohn about 40 minutes later in the 1200 block of Arsenal Street.
