NORFOLK — Travis M. Chase, 22, of 59 S. Main St., was charged Thursday by state police with felony criminal mischief.

Mr. Chase is accused of vandalizing a car belonging to Joshua Smith, Norfolk, with spray paint Sept. 17.

He is scheduled to appear in Massena Town Court.
