POTSDAM — Two 19-year-olds were charged by state police at 6:40 p.m. Friday with petit larceny and false personation.

Crystal J. Stovall, Bronx, and Ashinet M. Scott-Brown, Yonkers, are accused of trying to steal health and beauty products from Walmart, 7494 Route 11, and of giving false names to an investigating state police officer.

The pair is scheduled to appear in Potsdam Town Court.
