MASSENA – Eric J. Deshane, 19, of 733 Route 37C was charged with criminal contempt by state police on Friday.

Mr. Deshane allegedly repeatedly walked within the vicinity of an unidentified protected person while at the St. Lawrence Centre Mall.

He is scheduled to appear in Massena Town Court.
