BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police said Luke D. Hehir, 20, of 697 Hopson Road, Massena, turned himself in at 10:25 a.m. Friday on a two-year-old St. Lawrence County Court warrant for an alleged violation of probation. He was transported to Canton for an appearance in county court. Hehir had pleaded guilty to third-degree attempted burglary in February 2009 stemming from his involvement in a Dec. 6, 2008 burglary at the Fashion Bug store in the Harte Haven Shopping Plaza.
BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police said Bobbi Lafountain, 26, of 193 Center St., Apt. 8, Massena, turned herself in at 2:13 p.m. Friday on a bench warrant issued after she failed to appear as directed for a trespassing charge pending in village court. She was arraigned by Massena Village Justice Eric J. Gustafson and released on her own recognizance.
