Mitchell W. LaRose, 25, of 108 Albany Ave., was arrested Tuesday at 9:29 p.m. on a warrant for a Jan. 7 charge of petit larceny from Wal-Mart, 3000 Ford St. Extension, Ogdensburg police said.
