RUSSELL - Edwards-Knox needed a 19-1 fourth quarter run to seal the 60-37 win against Hammond on Tuesday in NAC West Division Boys Basketball.
Kaden Dandrow delivered 23 points and Chris Davison added 15 to pace the Cougars (13-2, 10-1 NAC West) who travel to Morristown on Friday in the Rockets Coaches Vs. Cancer White-Out game. Jesse Bullock and Tyler Tresidder each scored six.
Ryan Proven tossed in 17 points for Hammond (5-10, 4-7 NAC West) and Darin Bresett scored 10.
Hammond hosts Hermon-DeKalb on Friday.
Chateaugay 48, Salmon River 27: Noah Bowes scored 12 and Chad Slalter and Devon Barnes each tallied nine for the Bulldogs (11-4) who opened to a 17-2 lead over the visiting Shamrocks (1-13). Josh Hynes scored 16 for Salmon River.
St. Lawrence 50, Brushton-Moira 43: Zane Ramsdell pumped in 25 points and Josh White tallied 12 as the Larries overcame a 10-7 first quarter deficit to gradually pull-away to their eighth win (8-8, 6-4 NAC).
Alex Brunett and Justin Lavarnway each scored 10 for B-M (6-8, 5-6) and Loren Traynor added nine.
