Miss Lillian Smith, age 92 of Rensselaer Falls, NY passed away on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at the Claxton-Hepburn Hospital in Ogdensburg, NY. Funeral service for Lillian will be held on Friday, February 1, 2013 at 5pm at the Garner Funeral Service with Rev. Andrew Amyotte celebrant. Burial will take place in the spring at the Chapel Hill Cemetery in Parishville, NY. Friends may call at the Garner Funeral Service on Friday from 4-5pm. Contributions in her memory can be made to Potsdam Humane Society. Online condolences can be sent @www.garnerfh.com.

Lillian is survived by her sister Marion (Sam) Koch, nieces Carlene (Michael) Moulton and Kathie (Ted) Ashley and several great nieces and nephews.

Lillian was born on March 29, 1920 in Hewittville, New York to the late Gurley and Anna Hummell Smith. She really enjoyed animals. She was handicapped and lived in an assisted living center in Rensselaer Falls for years.
