Jeremy M. Hardcastle, 31, of 8 Pink School House Road, Pyrites, was arrested Monday at 12:39 p.m. on an Ogdensburg City Court arrest warrant for fourth-degree stalking. Ogdensburg police said the charge stemmed from a domestic incident with Ashley P. Parks, 23, of 725 Montgomery St. He was released on his own recognizance and told to abide by a stay-away order of protection for Miss Parks.

Frozen water pipes burst Sunday at 9:27 p.m. and released water inside the U.S. Social Security Administration office, 101 Ford St., city police said. The water was vacuumed in time for Mondays opening for business.

Margarite M. White, 42, of 230 Barnhart Road, Massena, was ticketed Saturday at 11:22 p.m. on a city court arrest warrant for second-degree harassment, Ogdensburg police reported.

Robert M. Ladouceur, of 421 Seymour St., called city police Saturday at 10:53 a.m. to report that an estimated $800 worth of fishing equipment was taken from an unlocked shed on his property.
