COLTON — Edward J. Seror Jr., 49, of 25 Mechanic St., Norwood, was charged by St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies Sunday at 90 Main St., Apt. 1, with second-degree burglary and petit larceny after he allegedly took items from an apartment of which he was a former resident.

Deputies said Mr. Seror entered a residence on the building’s third floor and took multiple items from its tenant, who was not at home.

He was arraigned in Pierrepont Town Court and held on $5,000 cash bail. He is to appear in Colton Town Court.
