POTSDAM — Stacey S. Riley, 37, Wilmington, N.C., was charged Saturday by village police with grand larceny and three counts of petit larceny.

She is accused of stealing a cellphone and a debit card, the latter of which she allegedly used to make two withdrawals at ATMs in Potsdam.

She was taken to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, and held on $2,500 bail.
