■ Due to a reporter’s error, an article in Sunday’s Times mischaracterized how many Article X ad hoc committee candidates Cape Vincent Supervisor Urban C. Hirschey is considering finding from the town Lyme. Mr. Hirschey said in an email Monday that if they had any, it would not be more than one.

■ A briefly item in the Jan. 21 edition of the Watertown Times incorrectly named the agency that selected James T. Townsend of Rochester and North River to be the chief counsel of the Adirondack Park Agency. The APA Board approved the executive director’s recommendation to hire Mr. Townsend.
