Two men are charged with sixth-degree conspiracy and petit larceny following an alleged shoplifting incident the afternoon of Jan. 19 at Sears, Salmon Run Mall, according to state police.

Ryan D. Parker, 28, of 373 W. Main St., and Cody L. Parker, 18, of 22418 Eacho Drive, conspired to steal three watches priced at a total of $89.97, police said.

They were charged Thursday, and are ordered to appear in town of Watertown Court.
