LOWVILLE Village police on Wednesday evening arrested a Lowville teenager for an alleged burglary at Cazenovia Equipment, 6570 Shady Ave.
Christopher D. Larkins, 16, of 7499 S. State St., was charged with third-degree burglary. He was arraigned in Lowville Village Court and sent to Lewis County jail on $1,500 bail.
Police said they responded to a 6:30 p.m. report of a burglary in progress at the John Deere dealership and found the suspect in the area with a small amount of cash he apparently had stolen.
State police and Lewis County sheriffs deputies assisted.
