Brandon M. Bryan, 27, of 845 Starbuck Ave., Apt. 606, was arrested by Watertown police Monday evening on a charge of second-degree criminal contempt.

Police said he violated stay-away terms of a Family Court order of protection by having an argument with Stephanie J. Fayette at her apartment, 119 Stuart St. He is due to appear in City Court.
