The North Country Foster/Adoptive/Kinship Network 2013 will host a group for parents and caregivers to provide support to children with trauma and attachment histories at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 28 at the Jefferson County Department of Social Services, 250 Arsenal St.

Parents and caregivers may attend the meeting to share stories of struggle and effective parenting techniques.
