RECKLESS DRIVING - MASSENA - Village police charged Lyman J. Raleigh, 50, of 67 County Route 36, Waddington, with reckless driving at 4:42 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Romeo Avenue. He was also ticketed for operating a vehicle with no brake lamp and failure to keep right.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Eva J. Garlach, 43, of 420 County Route 38, Norfolk, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 5:40 p.m. Saturday following an incident on Liberty Avenue at Ober Street. She was also ticketed for failure to yield the right of way.
