PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - ELLENBURG - Ellenburg-based state police investigated a two-vehicle property damage accident at 4:20 p.m. Sunday on Route 11 at Route 190 in the town of Elleenburg. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Sophie A. Garner, 18, of Canton and Tiffany M. Odom, 25, of Troy.
